Radio and TV Stations
The exploitation of the repertoire refers to radio and TV station broadcast (analogue and digital), including satellite programmes, cable radio and TV stations, as well as simultaneous broadcast via telephone, Internet, etc.
Music users are obliged to:
– acquire a licence for exploitation of the subject-matters of protection from the OFPS repertoire and pay the remuneration envisaged by the Organisation’s Schedule of Fees;
– regularly inform OFPS of any facts of relevance for the calculation of the remuneration payable in accordance with the Schedule of Fees.
The remuneration for public communication of the subject-matters of protection from the OFPS Repertoire is charged upfront on a monthly basis until the final annual calculation is produced.
