Legal Basis

OFPS, formerly OFPYU, operates pursuant to License No. 2269-2/02 dated 14 June 2002, granted by the Federal Intellectual Property Office, and renewed by the Decision of the Intellectual Property Office of Serbia No. 5494/1-05 dated 13 April 2005, as well as pursuant to the Decision on the Registration of a Business Company issued by the Commercial Court of Belgrade under reference VII Fi. No. 8491/02, and Decision No. BD.38960/2005 dated 27 June 2005 issued by the Serbian Business Registers Agency in Belgrade.

The above license was further renewed by the Serbian Business Registers Agency in 2010 under No. 1049/10/2 dated 11 May 2010, and in 2015 under No. 021-2015/2544-05 dated 14 April 2015.
