The Organization OFPS, former OFPYU, operates pursuant to the License No. 2269-2/02 of 14 June 2002., granted by the Federal Intellectual Property Office, renewed by the Decision of the Intellectual Property Office of Serbia No. 5494/1-05 of 13 April 2005., as well as pursuant to the Decision on Registering a Business Company issued by the Commercial Court of Belgrade under reference VII Fi. No. 8491/02, the Decision BD.38960/2005 of 27^thof June 2005. issued by the Business Registers Agency in Belgrade, renewed by BRA in 2010. No. 1049/10/2 of 11^th of May 2010. and in 2015. No. 990 no. 021-2015/2544-05 of 14^th of April 2015.
