Radio and Television Stations
The use of the repertoire includes broadcasting by radio and television stations (analogue and digital), including satellite programmes, cable radio and television broadcasting, as well as simultaneous performance to the public via telecommunications networks (mobile phones), including the Internet.
Music users are obliged to:
– obtain a licence for the use of protected subject matter from the OFPS repertoire and pay the remuneration provided for in the Organization’s Tariff;
– regularly provide OFPS with information relevant for the calculation of remuneration in accordance with the Tariff.
The remuneration for the public performance of protected subject matter from the OFPS repertoire is invoiced in advance on a monthly basis, until the final annual calculation is made.
